Event Information.

January 2026 Competition Dates

Saturday 17th January 2026 - full day (3 sessions).
The venue will open at 8:30am to performers and the public.
Competitor Check-in will open at 8:30am.
Kiosk & Box Office will open at 9:00am.

January 2026 Arrival Times

A competitor should arrive one hour before their section start time (times listed in program are approximate running times). Competitor Check-in will be open from 8:30am.
 
This should be enough time to check-in, warm-up and change into a costume if necessary (please arrive in first costume whenever possible). Teachers should ensure that the competitor has warmed up, and is ready to go to the holding area, prior to their section commencing. (Competitor Check-in at Green room)
 
As all music will be submitted digitally (by music upload) for each competitor prior to the competitions, you MUST check-in at the Green Room when you arrive, so we know you are there to perform. We don’t want to play your music and there’s no one on the stage.
 
Please note: If performers are withdrawn, we could run up to 30 minutes ahead of schedule at any time.

January 2026 Dressing Rooms

Please read carefully about dressing rooms, arrival times and backstage procedures etc. in the program.

Dressing rooms are unallocated at this venue. There are several spaces available.
At this venue, we are able to offer a designated rehearsal room. Please be respectful of others when using this area.

January 2026 Session Times

The event day will be split into 3 sessions: Morning, Afternoon & Evening.

January 2026 Programs

Hard copy programs will be available at the competitions.
They will not be available from dance wear shops prior to the competitions, as all registered entrants have been sent the digital copy for advanced notification.

They are also available to pre-order online when purchasing tickets & for sale at the venue. Cost: $12.00 (for this event)

January 2026 Kiosk

Our kiosk will offer a range of hot food, cold drinks and snacks at this event.

January 2026 Tickets

Tickets are available for purchase online or at the Kiosk during the event.
Please note: Only General Admission (one price for all ages) are available online, whereas we will be offering Adult, Senior Concession and Child prices at the venue.

General Admission / Adult: $12.00 per session (available online & at the venue)
Senior Concession: $10.00 per session (only available at the venue - with proof of valid Seniors card)
Child: $10.00 per session (only available at the venue - child must be present to receive wristband)

There will once again be Day Passes available for purchase either online or at the Kiosk.
Please note: For Day Passes, General Admission rates only on offer - no Concession or Child rates on offer for multiple session passes.

Day Pass - All 3 sessions: $30.00 per person (saves $6.00)
This ticket allows entry for 1 person to all 3 sessions for the date booked.

Companion Cards
We do accept Companion Cards at our event.
Free entry will be given to one carer when a General Admission/Adult ticket is purchased.

  • No refunds available on tickets or merchandise sold.
  • In the case of the event being cancelled, tickets or merchandise will be refunded minus any processing/transaction fees.
  • All tickets must be checked-in and presented to the Kiosk in the venue foyer to receive a wristband for admission.
  • Children 2 years and under do not need to purchase a ticket but are required to sit on the lap of a paying Adult.
  • Performer's Passes will be issued for the January 2026 competitions. To receive free entry into the auditorium, Performers must present their pass at the theatre door. Please note: We cannot exceed auditorium capacity allocations, so numbers of Performer's Passes allowed in each session, may be limited.
  • Please respect others by practicing appropriate physical distancing throughout the venue wherever possible.
  • ON STAGE P.A.C. takes no responsibility for anyone contracting Covid or any other health issues during this event.
